- Credits are required to process videos and generate 3D models
- Credit costs vary based on video duration, file size, and processing complexity
- Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy
- Unused credits do not expire, but may be subject to account inactivity policies
5.2 Subscriptions
- Subscription plans provide monthly credit allocations
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- We reserve the right to modify subscription plans and pricing with notice
5.3 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You agree to provide valid payment information
- Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
- Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and applicable laws
6. Content and Intellectual Property

- You retain ownership of videos and content you upload
- You grant us a license to process, store, and generate outputs from your content
- You represent that you have the right to upload and process the content
- You are responsible for backing up your original content
6.2 Generated Outputs
- Generated 3D models (FBX files) are owned by you
- You may use generated outputs for any lawful purpose
- We retain the right to use anonymized data for service improvement
6.3 Our Intellectual Property
- The Service, including software, algorithms, and design, is our intellectual property
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service
- Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission
7. Service Availability and Modifications
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

- If processing fails due to our error, credits will be refunded

- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits or subscriptions in the twelve months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for lost data, corrupted files, or processing failures beyond our control.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of generated 3D models.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3dkit.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and we will delete your data according to our data retention policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our Service or users.
